Hank Lane Music band leader Michael Hart has re-discovered some musical gems from the 1980s. In the wedding and party music business, being on top of the latest trends is extremely crucial.  According to Michael, "For a long time, music from the 1980's has been very popular at parties."  Songs by Bon Jovi and Journey have become "must plays" for many brides and grooms. "However, even within this genre of music, there are "mini-trends" of songs that for some reason or another suddenly become very popular," says Michael.  "Even though these songs have been around for a long time, they have gained a new popularity with the current generation. And they still make people dance."
