 "Welcome to the Hank Lane Music charitable event information center. For more than twenty-five years, the hallmark of Hank Lane Music has always been its exciting dance bands. There are more than a dozen "set" groups to choose from, ranging from four to fourteen pieces and larger, plus the world famous Rainbow Room Orchestra. Each elegant, yet, high-energy group has the ability to perform dance music from virtually every decade and style. This musical versatility make Hank Lane bands the perfect choice for any fundraising event, whether in New York or throughout the country.
In addition to dance bands, the organization represents dozens of talented solo musicians and small groups for events where no dancing is required. Hank Lane pianists, keyboardists, acoustic guitarists, and harpists, as well as, jazz duos, trios, quartets and classical ensembles perform at countless events for not-for-profit organizations each year. Specialty musicians and groups including Calypso, Steel Bands, Country/Western, Mariachi, Latin and Salsa, Motown and R&B bands, Broadway, Cabaret and Swing bands are also in plentiful supply. There are a variety of other available ethnic musical groups, as well, who reflect the cultural diversity of New York. If there is a particular theme to an event Hank Lane can complement the theme with the appropriate music or entertainment.
