Hi Kim & Mike,

Hope you’re both doing well.  I just wanted to pass along some words of praise for Downtown Band.  As you may recall, I got married on September 8th and right before the wedding, I was anxious about my choice of band because I had never seen the band live, just in videos over a year ago!  But all my fears were quelled the moment I heard them playing the song as I walked into the reception.

This band is truly amazing; they can play anything.  That was what I had wanted desperately - a versatile band that could play Frank Sinatra as well as they can play Jackson Five or Black Eyed Peas.  And this band has such a great range.  I could not have been happier.  Our families and friends complimented us on how amazing the band was and we both could not agree more.  They had great energy, looked professional, and kept the crowd going.  The finale song of Journey’s Don’t Stop Believing was incredible and we were told by multiple people that it was the best ending to a wedding they had ever been to.

Anyhow, if you could pass along that information to the band, that would be greatly appreciated.  Many kudos to them.  I don’t know if they will remember me, but I will always remember them.

HI Michael,
This note is overdue. I just wanted to let you know how fantastic the Downtown Band was at my wedding on May 26, 2012. The dance floor was packed the entire night, which is exactly what we wanted! Many guests exclaimed, ” This is the best band I have ever heard- where did you find them?!” Some of our guests even booked the band for their daughter’s wedding next summer! Thank you and Hank Lane so much for your help in organizing and detailing such a special and wonderful event. We would love a copy of the set list.

Spencer and Michael,

Miguel and I are just over a week into our marriage and still floating high from an amazing wedding.  We just wanted to thank Hank Lane, the Downtown Band, and you both for all your help and wonderful talent for our wedding last Saturday in Avalon, NJ.  Thank you both for all your help and diligence in the planning process, you made it smooth and easy.  It was a little tricky not getting to speak to the band before that night, but they did an amazing job, especially handling several special requests.  They made for some very special memories.

So please pass on our sincerest thank yous to the band.  We got nothing but rave reviews of them from so many people.  It was often the first thing people mentioned, and everyone continues to tell us what a fun time they had.

We also thought you might enjoy a quick photo we took with the band, and a short video to show how moving the beautiful rendition of “Make You Feel My Love” was for one of the flower girls and ring bearers (cousins, age 5 and 3) .
